Management Team

Mr. Alex Armour

Mr. Alex F. Armour is the Chief Executive Officer of Offspring Solutions.  Mr. Armour is a PMI-certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with extensive technical expertise and 15 years of hands-on information technology experience, including in-depth knowledge of Project/Program Management, Business Intelligence, Application Development/Integration, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation and support. Mr. Armour is highly experienced in strategic data management/analytics initiatives, project/program management, cloud computing and future state enterprise application architectures that ensure alignment with the organizational strategic mission and goals.

Mr. Errol Brown

Mr. Brown is the Vice President and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Offspring Solutions.  He has more than 15 years of experience in the information technology field implementing and managing large-scale projects.  Mr. Brown has a successful career history of working with public and private sector organizations implementing, upgrading, customizing and troubleshooting Enterprise Resource Planning systems, Infrastructure/Data Center Operations and custom software applications. His knowledge of the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBoK®), as well as his understanding of  Software/Systems Development Lifecycle (includes Waterfall, Agile, Six Sigma, and Scrum development methodologies) enables him to be a trusted advisor to C-level government and commercial stakeholders.
